Huli handle - PAi anti flip - flip line

Once you see it in action you can't go back.
Using the same theory as a rafting flip line, this is not just an anti flip line but this clever little huli handle is designed to right your waka back with ease if you do happen to unexpectedly flip.
With everyone accounted for and safely in the water, simply unclip the line, place it under your Ama and over the top of the Waka, brace against the Taumanu and use your body weight to raise the Ama until the Waka flips back upright.
The rest of the crew can then safely get back into the Waka and start bailing whilst you re fasten the strap tighten off and get back in yourself.
The fastest way to right a Waka and be back in the race.
